We currently support the following payment types:
- For refinishing services, a deposit can be placed, but is not required at the time you place your order. If you do chooseto pay a deposit, payment is due in full when the project is complete. We will contact you by phone to collect payment via credit card, debit card or App.
- We accept Master Card, Visa, Personal Checks, Money orders, PayPal, Zelle, Cash App, Apple pay or Cash (local clients only).
- When paying by personal check or money order, please allow up to 2 weeks for these forms of payment to clear.
Ultrasonic Gun Cleaning & lube
A clean, well-maintained firearm is essential for maintaining it's safety and functionality. Many owners don't have the time or the knowledge to clean and service their firearms. We deliver gun cleaning services that are reliable and keep you safe on and off the range.
Ultrasonic Gun cleaning services are sought out because of its effective process. The cleaning takes place in a stainless-steel tank containing a special cleaning solution.
- The firearm is completely disassembled according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Any loose contaminants are removed by brush before all components (minus grips and stocks) are placed into the cleaning basket. The basket is then lowered into the cleaning solution, and a timer is set for approximately 10 minutes.
- After the cycle has ended, the basket is removed, and all firearm parts are examined. If the firearm has been properly cleaned, the components are wiped down and left to dry before lubrication.
- Once thoroughly dried, the firearm is again inspected to ensure no dust or carbon is left behind, hindering the overall functionality of the handgun or rile.
- Finally, the firearm is placed in a sterile environment to reduce the chances of dust or damage and is carefully reassembled before the exterior is adequately oiled and safety tested

Optics
IMPORTANT: For optics/scopes, it is highly recommended that you contact your optics manufacturer prior to any project. Optics & Scopes that are “baked” using the “H Series” coating could void the manufacturer’s warranty. “C-Series” (AKA “Air Cure”) coating is highly recommended for these items. The “C-Series” has limited color availability and will require additional project time due to the nature of air curing.
Due to the sensitive nature and wide variety of optics available in the market, all optics must be quoted on an individual basis. Please call or use the quote form for accurate pricing.

Shipping
Before shipping your items, you must fill out the online Order Form and we’ll email you an invoice with your quote. You must include a copy of the signed invoice, in the box with your items. We suggest you make a copy of your records.
Customers will pay shipping both ways. Be sure to wrap your items well, we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping. We strongly recommend you choose to insure your items during shipping. We will let you know when your shipment is received, inventoried and logged in. Return shipping will always be added to our quotes. Shipments from us will be through FedEx. All shipments to the contiguous United States will be charged as a flat rate of $45.00 per gun to ship back and $25.00 per piece each for barrels. All shipments from us will be insured and require a signature.
You are welcome to place a deposit, but it is not needed. If you decide to place a deposit, we will contact you to pay the remaining balance which must be paid over the phone with a credit or debit card upon project completion. You are also welcome to send a check or money order (please allow 2 weeks for the check to clear). Once the payment has been received/cleared we will ship the project back to the address from where it was received. We do not accept American Express or Discover at this time.
Any customer order that remains in our shop 90 days (about 3 months) after our first payment request will be sold to cover production costs.
It is your responsibility to follow all federal and state firearms laws, as well as shipping company policies, when sending firearms. Please check your local laws prior to shipping. This only applies to parts designated as a “firearm” or when sending a complete firearm.
**If you are disassembling the firearm yourself, it must be accompanied by a full inventory list of parts. You must ensure that every pin, spring and screw is “COMPLETELY” disassembled, otherwise we will add a disassembly fee, before work begins. If a Work Request Form or Parts Inventory List (For disassembled firearms) isn’t included with your parts they will be shipped back to the owner at their expense**
