When shipping a complete firearm, you must ship via UPS or FedEx. You must include a copy of your driver license with every order having serialized parts. Slides and components may be shipped via the USPS. You must provide a copy of the signed invoice and parts inventory, in the box with your items. Customers will pay shipping both ways and return shipping will always be added to our quotes. Shipments from us will be through FedEx. All shipments to the contiguous United States will be charged as a flat rate of $45.00 per gun to ship back and $25.00 per piece each for barrels. All shipments from us will be fully insured and require a signature. We accept no responsibility for any loss or damage in shipping.  

Our refinishing price quotes will include disassembly and reassembly of your firearm. If you choose to send in a disassembled firearm or just parts, you must include an inventory list. We will not be responsible for missing parts if no list is included. 

We do include a total detailed cleaning and inspection of all parts. Our refinishing does not include the removal of existing rust, pits, or dings. Rust and pit removal will be available at an added charge. There will be an added charge to remove aftermarket finishes (Cerakote, DuraCoat, Spray paint, Dura-Tough / Soft-Touch coatings) and previously plated parts. We will not be held responsible for damage to night sights or other parts installed using lock tight or excessive force. 

If you did not choose to pay a deposit, payment in full is due when the project is completed. We accept Master Card, Visa, Discover, Personal Checks and Money orders, PayPal, Zelle, Cash App or Apple pay. 

Turn-around times will vary depending on our workload when we receive your order.
